FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

- Opens Japan Office to Deliver Disaster-Proof Backup Telecom Service
- Announces Survivable Communication Network Service for Japan and Pacific Rim Areas

ROCKVILLE, MARYLAND (May 17, 2006) -- TeleContinuity, the world's first provider of a survivable, disaster-proof backup telecommunications network, today announced it will be opening of an office in Kyoto, Japan to deploy its Survivable Communication Network technology in Japan and throughout the Pacific Rim area. The company said it expects to have its Survivable Communication Network operational in Japan in the second half of 2006.

"We are expanding our service to the Asian market and opening a Kyoto office because of the high demand we are seeing for our survivable backup telecommunications network technology and services," said Roy Pinchot, CEO of TeleContinuity. "For most companies and government agencies today, making sure your telephone service remains up and running no matter what disaster may strike you or your telephone company is essential to business survival."

TeleContinuity is the world's first provider of a survivable and disaster-proof backup telecommunications network. Through TeleContinuity's proprietary intelligent communications routing and switching technology and strategically located, geographically dispersed network nodes, users can easily and within minutes of a telephone service disruption switch control of their telephone service to TeleContinuity's survivable backup telecommunications network. Once this is done, customers can receive their phone calls at any location they like over whatever device they choose, whether it is a fixed landline phone, cell phone, laptop, PC or PDA.

TeleContinuity's solution makes this possible because it can locate open and available circuits on both the public switched telephone network and the Internet and can, on-the-fly and without human intervention, create an operational network in real-time from an infinite variety of network routing options. Calls can be moved back-and-forth between the Internet and public switched networks to route around any network or telco outage to assure call delivery.

In addition to Kyoto, TeleContinuity also expects to open an office in London to service the European market. Through the Kyoto and London offices, TeleContinuity will provide international services to companies and government agencies who need to maintain telephone continuity during any type of disaster, emergency or evacuation.
